Request help merging profiles where other creator is deceased

Curators,
any way to merge these profiles? The creator of the other profile died in 2010. here is one: @Shay Sarid

The other profile, Private User is a claimed profile, with a last login in February 2020, - so if really deceased a family member need to report the profile as deceased to get Geni to close the account first.
