Abraham Skipper - Erroneous matches to children of Abraham and Mary Potter Skipper

Someone has entered a gedcom of error matches that list parents of most of the children of Abraham Skipper and Mary Jane Skipper as Peter Skipper and Mary Potter.

Need recommendation to cut parents off the other children/merge or what?????? I hate gedcoms. I started disconnecting by hand and just said this was too much to think about.
