They had first son (named after Joannes' father, Hendricus, as naming tradition suggests)
Baptism record of 1st son: in 1736 https://www.openarch.nl/bhi:fda5cb4c-4628-11e3-a747-d206bceb4d38
Second son born in 1738 also named Hendricus: https://www.openarch.nl/bhi:fdb294d0-4628-11e3-a747-d206bceb4d38
This usually indicates that the 1st son is no longer living.
It is more likely that Hendricus married to Helena was the second son born in 1738.

You're totally right. I never noticed there was a second son with the same name. I have corrected the date of birth and date of baptism

now that I have revisited the profile I found the baptism of his mother Thomiske van Dael and her link to the Van Dael family in Haps as well. I have updated her profile and linked it to her relatives
