Tobias Rachor: Since she was born in Furtwangen, it's unlikely that her parents were Christof Wagner and Justina Wenzel. Christof and Justina lived in Waldkirchen/Erzgebirge Saxonia, Germany, Rosina was born in Wuerttemberg, Germany. The distance is to large!

Hallo,
The place of birth and death of the parents is clearly wrong. Both must be Waldkirch, Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. One person spelled it wrong and everyone took it wrong. The parents have nothing to do with Saxony.

Wolfgang, Thank you for this reply...If you have any other hints re: this question, I would greatly appreciate it.
I have 3 or 4 situations like this, (misspelled, mis-recorded names & places) and it is very CONFUSING!
I trace the Wagner / Faller line 12-13 generations to the Blackforest...then the questions begin!

PS......Sometimes there is a previous marriage, illegitimate birth or adoptions that get mixed up in the records. (I guess we may never know the answers...)
