This profile appears to reflect a merge of two separate Johannes Van Gelders (confusing because they were both born around the same time, and both had descendants who lived within close geographic proximity). One Johannes Van Gelder was of Dutch ancestry and he was married to Catalyntie Post. The other Johannes Van Gilder was of Mohican ancestry and was married to Anna Koerner/Karner; he was from Egremont, Massachusetts (although some of his descendants did go to Cape May, NJ).
