One of my ancestors emigrated from Italy to Belgium. His name was Dominique Maggi, born in "Strelle, ducato di Parma" in 1813. His parents were François Maggi and Françoise Cappellini who both died in Strelle in 1833 and in 1828. The problem is that I cannot find any locality called Strelle, anywhere in Italy, not to mention any record. Could anyone help? Perhaps in the Italian portal?
