Annette Marie Collins - Outage of Geni in Australia from 6-10-2021 ongoing

Hi

Sadly there has been an outage affecting Geni users in Australia for over 30 hours meaning they cannot access Geni. There has been no response from Geni about this problem. It is possible to use a free VPN to allow you to get to Geni. Not an ideal solution but it will give you access. It's not possible as a simple user of Geni to understand or fix technical problems. One would hope Geni had some interest in fixing the issue?

Mike Stangel - are you aware of the Australian outage of Geni?
Annette says 16 October and ongoing
Leanne does not seem to have made changes to anything Public since Thursday, so I am thinking she is affected also.

Yay! Australia back online. Well, at least I am. Hope my ISP forgives my several calls.

I am not sure what the problem was or when it started or who it affected. But it appears to be fixed now.
