Francis Browning of Culpeper County - Who are the correct parents?

I see the relationships are locked here and that we have a note saying there's a parent conflict. Which parents are correct? Or do we not know?

There are quite a few duplicates in this area that I'd like to merge, but I'm reluctant to do anything without knowing the backstory here.

Same with Elizabeth Browning ... we have the relationships locked, including a set of parents, but the "About" seems to indicate that we don't actually know the answer.
