Nancy Ann Applegate (Anderson) - Maiden Name

Her husband was an Applegate and it shows that she’s connected to applegates as her parents as well. If anything the Anderson should be Miller. Miller was her Mothers maiden name, has anyone else noticed this Debbie?

I have no idea if anyone else has notiiced it since you and I are the only ones who have posted about it.

Why would her maiden name be Miller because that was her mother's maiden name? That typically only happens if the parents weren't married and the child / children of the mother were illegitimate and went by the mother's maiden name.

Anyway, she's a distant cousin to me, so I'm hoping someone more closely related can explain the connection of her maiden name showing as Anderson or if that is an error.
