Armstrong and Charles Porter were living in North Susquehanna Hundred, Cecil County, Maryland in the 1760's before relocating to Luzerne Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania - while they may be related to General Andrew Porter of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, I am unaware of any proof of same.
