Anyone know where his headstone is if he is buried in Overtone County he is my great great uncle. Thanks! My e-mail is caniacjerks1983@gmail.com

Hello JD:
I have researched John's history but I can not find a grave site for him although in those days they were usally buried near where they died. In this case there are numerous cemeteries in and aroung Overton Tennessee. Sorry I could not be more helpful.

What about General John White Gaines? I can't find anything on him either.
