I have spent time in the Tome Cemetery, and most of the grave markers are no longer there from this timeframe. The markers at that time were either made out of wood or very poor quality raw cement, both of which have long since deteriorated. As far as I can tell there is no record of where individual graves were located. Since the grave markers were gone and the area was just a weed patch, the weeds were removed by a tractor and blade, so there is literally nothing to indicate there was a grave. The more recent graves in the newer part of the cemetery are pretty well marked with headstone.
