An incorrect duplicate of Bina Reysla Gancwajg (her "nephew"'s wife), which is where she belongs per JRI-Poland.

Your version, Bina Reysla Gancwajg, is married to Herszel Gancwajg the younger, which is correct, per JRI's details of the marriage; Bina Raizel Gancwajch is married to Tzvi Hirsch Gancwajch, the elder, the other Hershel's uncle, which doesn't fit the Staszow marriage records.
