I found in Rabbi Eiger's responsa (Volume 1 Responsa 29) that he mentions his father in law's name as Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef Teomim. Does anyone know if that is the same as Yitzchok Margolies ? Is his surname Teomim or Margolies?

That responsum was actually written by Rabbi Akiva Eger's uncle - R' Binyomin Wolf Eger, A.B.D. Leipnik His father in law was indeed R' Isaak Joseph Jonas Teomim-Fränkel, A.B.D. Slutzk and Cracow and then Breslau
