This is my direct ancestor, but I can't find any documentation for her parentage There are no notes in either her profile or her husband's to explain her being a Wilkins. All these sites below just list her as Sarah with no parents listed:
1) Wiki does list her as 'formerly Wilkins' but has no parents, so for all we know, maybe she had married a Wilkins before, maybe she was born a Wilkins, nothing documenting anything...and the comment on her husband's Wiki page says:
His will is dated September 3, 1747 and was probated in Anson County on April 16, 1752. The will lists his sons: John (executor) and Henry; his daughter: Sarah; his wife: Sarah.

4) https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/LYH7-YHW/sarah-wilkins-1700-1760 has Wilkins parents who are totally different from the ones connected here on Geni. It has James William Wilkins 1682–1743 as her father and Thomas Ann Daniel 1686–1743 as her mother.
5) https://gw.geneanet.org/tdowling?lang=en&pz=timothy+michael&... shows her as a Wilkins, but again no parents and no documentation.
6) http://freepages.rootsweb.com/~mysouthernfamily/genealogy/myff/d005... says she 'may' have been Sarah Wilkins OR Sarah Tanner
So, all I can conclusively say her first name was obviously Sarah. Everyone agrees on that, but there is no proof that I can find that she was born a Wilkins. As many, if not more, sites just don't list her maiden name and the only other site listing names for Wilkins parents don't match what's connected here on Geni.
Does anyone have any sources with documentation proving she was born a Wilkins so that can be put in her About section for clarification? Any assistance on proving her parentage would be appreciated. Otherwise, it all seems to be speculation.
