John David Mikell is my Great , Great Grandfather. He like Frances share a father who was in the Revolutionary War with his father in law and his wifes Uncle. These are the folks that drove the British army into the vise that was Yorktown Va with a little help from General Francis Marion.

I believe it is Tattnall County. Records show him as living from 1811 to 1863 or from 1806 to 1871. JD Mikell was father to my Great Grandfather William M Mikell laid to rest at Alma Georgias Corinth Free Wiil Baptist.
