Jacob E. Harrell - Sorting out wives of Jacob Harrell

In sorting out the wives of Jacob Harrell, I can find only sources or information to support Mary A. Harrell as his wife.

No sources found for attached spouse Martha Harrell who son John was born in Tennesse and probably is not John the son of Jacob.

No sources found for attached spouse Esther Harrell though there is a reference to an Esther White a wife of son Levi in DAR records. I think it is a case of misattachment - if there is such a word.

Please advise as I am trying to clean this up.

Note on Wife: Mary PEACOCK This story is from my Dad, but is also in Happy Heritage. (Cataplexy indeed appears in the lines descended from Mary. A close relative was connected to a heart monitor when she laughed and seemed to flat line for about a minute before her heart started beating strongly and her blood pressure shoot up way high.)
Just a few months after Mary PEACOCK married, she collasped with no measureable heart beat. She was buried in her Wedding Dress and jewels. When grave robbers cut her finger off to get her rings, she woke up. She later gave birth to her only child and a few months later "died for all time".
