I have looked at what I have to see what might stand out as the most questionable facts. I think there are too many children.
These are children that I do not recognize:
Allen Penrod born 1750 Ireland -Kira Rachele Jay
Martha Penrod born 1756 Ireland - Kira Rachele Jay
Isaac Penrod born 1814 - Kira Rachele Jay
Hexekial Penrod born 1779 - Kira Rachele Jay
Joseph Penrod born 1800 - Kira Rachele Jay
Jacob Penrod born 1808 - Kira Rachele Jay
Eliza Penrod born 1768 - Tamela Lord Penrod
Two have birth dates that are plausible Hezekial and Eliza. Looking at the dates and places of the other and manager name makes me suspect a bad merge. Eliza may be one I missed. I don't know if that helps.
At least one Gedcom upload had incorrect dates for correct children and some wrong children were brought in as well.
I am not directly related. I was adding one cousin from a DNA match and found a duplicate and ended up doing a lot of clean up but it is up to the profile managers to double check. I am wanting to bring attention to the profiles so those with the family and the information can correct these. I looked at them again this morning and did a bit more clean up.
No need to send anything to anyone, just need to add what is known to the profiles and work to making them as correct as all can agree.
:)
Rick Gatewood you are most welcome. I know how difficult it is to try to work from behind that paywall. Geni does us all a disservice by not having more tools available to Basic users and more curators. Also, I wish they were not just volunteer curators! I think most of them are so knowledgeable and helpful and SHOULD be paid. Geni is a GREAT place to do collaborative genealogy but it is the curators and their tools and skillls that make it so valuable/invaluable/priceless to me.
I do wish Gedcoms would go away and I wish they would make subscriptions a month by month option.
Thank you everyone for working on this line and others. Those who know and care about a particular branch are essential, in my opinion.
