Two of them *might* be the same man - the middle one is blatantly someone completely different.

Notice he's a Beale, not a Beall or a Bell.

The one on the right is *probably* his son Thomas Beale III: Thomas Beale, III

The one on the left is confirmed as son of Col. Ninian Beall:
