Robert Powell - FYI: Robert Charles Powell born in 1917

My grandma was Percy’s sister. Would love to exchange any family history we can.

So this was obviously the twin of Harold Shaw Powell whose death certificate I found for 1918, showing the same parents and saying he was a twin. I could never find the birth certificates. However I also found a Robert born to them in 1925 so did Robert Charles also die young???
