Is there anyway to identify her parents whom i believe should be from Malacca . Tan Neo was born in 1933 and Singapore founded in 1819..so there is no wat the her parents were born in Singapore.
Is the husband Tan Khye Liat the son of Tan Che Sang as anecdotal evidence seem to suggest ?
