dennis luckinbill - Death Date of Cyril Samuel Rounds d. 21Dec1861 b. abt 1861

I am looking for documentation of the death of Cyril Samuel Rounds. It appears everyone is convinced that the date of death is 21Dec1861. However I cannot find any documentation of that date or anyone that seems to know where the date originated.
