No. She’s a person of legend. I don’t think there’s anything much known in the way of facts.
You’ll notice that Cherokee genealogists have already disclaimed her supposed origins:
Parents: seen as Misahpelewa "Big Turkey" Cornstalk b. 1660 and A Chalakatha-Hopia Woman of the Shawnee Bear Clan b. 1664 with No supporting data Sachem Misahpelewa "Big Turkey" Hop Cornstalk, /Shawnee (probably Fictional)
And this is nonsense:
When April "Tikami" Hop was 3 years old her parents were murdered by Catawaba Raiders, and her and her 4 siblings were left there to die, because no one would take them in. Pigeon Moytoy, her aunt's husband, heard about this and went to Hiawassee and brought the children home to raise in the Cherokee Nation (he was the Emperor of the Cherokee Nation, and also related to Cornstalk through his mother and his wife). She was called "a sister of Old Hop."
If she was Shawnee, clan descriptions are here:

But it doesn’t seem matrilineal as in Cherokee clans, and there was adoption.
An adoption would mean you normally became a member of the clan of the family who adopted you and that passed to your children. Their not adhering consistently to that makes it challenging to identify a family's clan. But I thank you for that info, Erica, because I was unaware that there was a group that just randomly assigned clans without a consistent system. Very interesting.
