A birth on December 26, 1849, or on January 26, 1949 cannot have already been reported on January 5, 1849. A birth on December 26, 1848 would be possible, so the entry is clearly wrong. According to the legitimation note, the parents married on the basis of a marriage license of September 4, 1849 on May 14, 1850. In the marriage book HBMa 2671 Marie's birthday is entered as January 5, 1849. In the residents' registry of the city of Prague, Marie is recorded as born in 1849. In the death entry in HBMa 2824 (http://www.badatelna.eu/fond/1073/reprodukce/?zaznamId=3632&rep...) the date of birth is entered as December 31, 1849. I recommend to enter a birth between December 26, 1848 and December 31, 1849.
