Patrick James Shaw - Marion Ballantyne and James Patrick Allen Shaw - who keeps connecting them?

Everywhere I go, Marion Ballantyne and James Patrick Allen Shaw are being listed as Patrick Shaw's parents. I have been fighting this for years. There are no sources for this connection other than repeatedly copied family trees on the internet.

As stated in previous messages: The only evidence of Patrick Shaw's parentage is a baptismal record in Drumbo, Ireland Presbyterian church that lists "John Shaw" as parent.

Unless someone can provide a reputable source for Marion B and James P A Shaw as Patrick's parents, I would suggest removing them.

Repeatedly copying and pasting the same false or speculative information does not make it true.
