Joshua Muriel Mullins is not the correct son of John and Allice. Abbott Mullen. I descend from Joshua. Mullin/ Mullen and his pos. second wife Lucinda. Joshua was in Fayette County, PA in 1810 and settled in Henderson, Henderson County, Kentucky with his wife Lucinda and children by 1820. He was a tavern owner. Their son, Joshua Mullin, Junior was my great great grandfather. Joshua, Junior worked for Star Grey Packet lines out of Louisville, KY. as the liquor agent. He was married to Sarah Reese George in Louisville. Their daughter Annie Lee Mullin married my great grandfather, Richard Thomas Chapman. Richard died at my grandmother's home in Dayton, Ohio during WWII. Joshua, Lucinda his mother, Annie Lee, Richard Thomas Chapman and Sarah Reese George Mullin are buried in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville with other Mullin family. We believe Joshua,, Senior was buried in Henderson in a cemetery that was paved over for a parking lot. I have the original letter written by Joshua, Senior to the government asking about his father's Revolutionary War Pension with proof of Joshua's family. Ebenezer Mullin/ Mullen was killed at the Battle of Fallen Timbers in Ohio. No record of his burial is available. He had been in or near Pittsburg, Pa prior to the battle. rreedy1923@gmail.com
