I don’t see any details associating Thomas Hickox & Elizabeth Hickox (born Sturley) as parents of William Hickcox.

Thank you, Erica for making it clear that evidence supports not what one nay-sayer said, but what the record itself shows, what appears to be the acceptable lines of descent from the cited parents of William Hickcox. I have been overloaded with 'stuff' I am doing and could not confirm this for myself, for which reason I reached out. That individual, he claimed, was speaking for the family on the other side of the Atlantic, but I have been unable to find it in my folders. Thanks for making the connection. I think it is clear.
