Daniel Roberts - Need a curator please and thank you

The Revision tab shows a change from name James Daniel Roberts to Daniel Roberts on 4/12/2018 which also changed the birth location to Fenwick Orr Grayson Co Virginia from Botetourt County, Virginia. There was a Gedcom upload but I cannot see when or how the Death Location was changed to the current "Death: September 21, 1858 (85-86)
Shelby Creek, Pike County, Kentucky, United States (He married Nancy Ann Damron 12-27-1790)"

I googled the wife Nancy Roberts and found a source,

Once that’s added to profiles it’s much clearer how to fix, rather then guessing from revisions.

Revisions did show bad merges.
