Hello Cynthia:
My research with Mormon Church Archives shows that Samuel Judkins is not the son of Jana Yonge and Joel Judkins but is the son of Job Judkins 1607-1657 and Sarah Dudley 1610-1657. I hope this might clear up the Inconsistancy.
