Yes, for mtDNA (female) and YDNA (male) they should raise that limitation, but for autosomal DNA 10 generations is way out of limits to be reliable.

I also doubt anyone have reliable lines for 10 generations, so DNA cannot be used as a proof anyhow.

Yeah, It would make sense for the site to allow Y-DNA SNP lines from FamillyTreeDNA to collaborate with this sites family tree to push the genealogy to the next level.
