"The Brennporitschen Families from 1799 (Spälene Pofici, Pilsner Kreis)." by Rudolf Rosenzweig, Prague, published in the "History of the Jews in Czechoslovakia" Quarterly Magazine, September 1931
has some more information on this family. Some of the dates seem to be slightly off, but it provides the father of Solomon Weil as Abraham Weil, (although Abraham could also have been known by other names), it shows that there was no Isaac Israel Jacob Weil, but rather a son Isaac Weil who removed to Stenowice and a separate son Jacob Weil who removed to Wostrachin (Osvracin) . The record also suggests Isaac Weil's son Markus was also known as Gutmann, and that Isaac Weil married a second time Maria Lowy and that his two youngest sons Joseph and Abraham were by his second wife.

Note that Solomon's second son Jacob is the same Jacob Weil son of Solomon Weil and Katherina Florian (probably the same Judith going by different names as usual, also Florian may be her fathers name). detailed in

and in Geni profile Jakob Weil
Next door to this Jacob Weil in Osvracin was an Isaac Weil who was apparently born Isaac Mahrer, b. 1749 son of Markus/Mathias Mahrer. That Isaac married a Theresia Weil b. ca 1760, and his family afterwards went by Weil. This Theresia Weil MAY have been related to these Brennporitschen / Osvracin Weils.
