You will have many data sources if you examine other nearby Jewish Towns, of which there are many, for their lists of sources and information. This project for Oswiecim is not well developed yet but some of the other towns are heavy with sources. Start with Google Maps and make a list of 20 towns that are within walking distance of 10 to 20 km.

You will also find that husbands and wives of couples in Oswiecim before 1900 came from these other nearby towns. Same as today, go looking for a spouse in your own town but end up marrying someone from a nearby town.
