I've been working on "data conflicts" on the "updated by me" tab. Several of the profiles have the exact data eg. Death Place on the main profile and the exact same on the alternate data. These are still showing up as conflicts. I'm finding it is mostly on Birth locations, death locations and burial locations. Any advice to get them cleared off? If I click on the info and click on "send", I usually don't get an answer.
If you had to click on send, that means that you are not a manager of the profile. Data conflicts resolutions are immediately accepted and then cleared if you are a manager. Otherwise the choice you have made it sent to the manager for them to accept or reject.
The problem is that the main profile info is the exact same as the alternate data. Example: Lucille Olive Fisher has a birth location on the main profile as Syleham, Suffolk, England, and Syleham, Suffolk, England on the alternate data. That should clear the conflict but it isn't.
