Her profile shows her maiden name as Dryman but she's connected to Murray parents. ?

I noticed that her info shows her as Sarah Ann Lance Dryman. Since she's known to have married John Lance, the surname Dryman coming after his surname makes it 'appear' she may have married a Dryman as well,which would mean that's not her maiden name. That fits with her parents being Murrays. Otherwise, was she adopted or just connected to the wrong parents?
