Blocked Users Can Follow Us

Why are Blocked Users now able to follow us?

Does anybody know - when was that change made, and why?

This item in Help definitely suggests if they are blocked they should not be able to follow you:

"You will have to visit their profile page, click on the Actions dropdown and select "Block This User". This action will remove them from your Follow list.

*Note: If you remove them from your blocked list, they may follow you again.

How can we get people we have blocked to stop following us?
