Szilvia Lelkes Is on Geni as the child of Jakab / Jacob Őntő born 1845 and Josefa / Josefina Regina Soffler / Löffler - Onto born 1854.

I think the user is probably connected at the wrong generation but as they have not been online for over 4 years it is impossible to confirm with them.

Does Geni have any ruling that states after "X" number of years of inactivity from a subscriber, those profiles they were formerly listed as managing can be reassigned?

After 9 months since last login you will find an "abandoned tree" option in the actions menu of the user. Closest active Geni user will be added as manager.

If I have understood you correctly Bjorn, putting an "abandoned tree" option in the actions menu of the user" requires an inactive user to confirm that they are inactive, By doing so, they have become active again.

Logging in is enough to flag you as active. In any case you does not loose your profiles, you just get your relative added as manager to have someone to respond on messages and maintain the tree

That does not sound very sensible does it. Nor does "The Closest active Geni user will be added as manager." If that rule also applies to someone who has left Geni because of conflicts with, "The closest active Geni user who also appears on that profile", adopting that person as the new manager could be perpetuating conflicts rather than solving them.

If this user is not using Geni anymore there is no problems anymore either.

No, Roy moved his message to a separate thread.

I have detached them from the tree. When they provide info on where they fit into the tree they can be reattached to the correct place.
