Howell Prestridge - Wives same or different?

We have duplicates for Howell's children, and his two wives -- Sarah Prestridge (Bullock) and Sarah Prestridge (Bullock) -- have different sets of parents. So either 1) Howell had two different wives and the children were split between them, or 2) Sarah and Sally are the same and we need to figure out the correct set of parents.

I'm starting a discussion so the managers can weigh in, instead of me immediately repeating research others presumably already did. :)
