so she looks like a third wife:
to indicate that the children are not clear if they are of the first or second wife, also known from the MedLands primary sources, it's sufficient to delete this NN, they will be son of William II, count of Eu & baron of Hastings, and he has 2 wives. (proven system)

(a couple of WIKIs assign the first son Henri d'Eu, comte d'Eu to the first wife Helisende d'Avranches)

nearby there are 2 merge to do or delete (the block prevents me from self-deleting them)

Livio Scremin I agree that Unknown Mother isn't really needed but I am concerned that the profile may have been created to stop people from allocating the children to either of the wives.

I did 2x merges.

definitely "the profile may have been created to stop people from allocating the children to either of the wives". If nothing else undoubtedly the lock on her was set up for this.

But delete Unknown Mother
and move the kinship lock to William II, count of Eu & baron of Hastings

I am pretty sure it solves the invented 3rd wife problem.
