Who are the parents of Thomas Hase Blake?

I found the baptismal record for Thomas and have uploaded it to his profile;
b: 28 May 1812;
bap: 3 June 1812; St Peter & Paul, Berg Apton; Norfolk
The baptismal record states Thomas Blake & Elizabeth Nichols as Thomas' parents
I cannot find any record of Thomas Blake (b: 1790) marrying Mary Ann. There are records for the marriage of Thomas Blake and variously named Mary Ann, however this Thomas' birth date varies from 1790
Note also the link added to Thomas Hase Blake profile, that also states Elizabeth Nichols as his mother
I can only conclude that the entry for Mary Ann Blake is in error and what should have been entered as a sibling to Elizabeth has inadvertently been added as Thomas' wife
