1. Problem is she couldn't be having children at the same time with 2 different men at the same time and Plural Marriage I doubt, besides it's impossible.

2. The Court Documentation I found stated her husband's name was Robert Bailey, not close to Thomas or William.

note: There was another Phoebe Spooner that people online have confused over the years with this Phoebe Hancock. She's been merged into the ancestry trees and likely Thomas and William trees and now been mixed up as well over the years.

I think William and or Thomas were both married to Phoebe Spooner , not Phoebe Bailey (Hancock)
