Professional Genealogists not allowed to post their own family Tree on Geni?

In. https://www.geni.com/discussions/217503?msg=1414682 a Geni user gave the following as an explanation for why he appears on Geni as a Singleton Profile, unconnected to the World Tree, no family at all -- " as a Professional Certified Genealogist I am not allowed to post my tree on any forum"

I can find no indication of this in the Genealogist's Code of Ethics

Is anybody able to provide any documentation for whether the statement is or is not true?
I thought we had some Professional Genealogists on Geni connected to the World Tree -- no or ??
