Joseph Charles Sylvester Bowen (he never went by Bone, though he knew of the history of the name) is my grandfather.
He had two other sons: My father Douglas Sylvester Bowen (b. May 14, 1931) and Richard (Dick) Bowen. I have three siblings: Craig Joseph Bowen (b. Oct 2, 1956), myself, Grant James Bowen (b. May 14, 1958), Mark Douglas Bowen, (b. Feb 6, 1960) and Joel Oliver Bowen (b. Feb 14, 1962).
Craig has one natural son, Matthew Bowen and adopted another, Greg Smith now living in Cochrane AB.
I have a daughter, Severn McConaughy Bowen, born Aug 11, 1993.
Mark has no children, but Joel has two sons: Shane and Reid.
Richard had three sons, all still living: Scott, Cory and Kevin.
Donald Bowen had a daughter, Cinnamon, who I have met, a few years before he passed.
