Not much to go on. I did find these articles below. The last article I found on family search dated 1928 listing 6 Welch children birth dates from 1914-1921. It also list 3 Leisy children with their date of birth 1918-1921. It appears they attended the same school. In this record the Leisy is spelled with the i before the e. we all know thw name in Ottawa-Gatimeau, i dined in his stone house, later a restaurant, i was journalist. i covered Hull, in the new west Quebec area called Gatineau i cover the West Quebec area ,a neighbourhioi in Hull is called Wrightville.

Wright is a common name, but I pass this on for what it's worth: My grandfather's first wife was Nary Vashon Wright,1838-1879, she was daughter of Elizur Wright III 1804-1885 and Susan Clark 1810-1875. All CT & MA connected.
