At her marriage, her father Woolf Harris was DECEASED so she is definitely not a daughter of Woolf Harris and Phoebe Romaine. Her age at marriage was 22, meaning she was born in about 1847 which is BEFORE the marriage of Woolf and Phoebe Romaine. She did not appear on the 1851, 1861, 1871 census returns as a child of Woolf and Phoebe. Please finally detach her.
