1) this discussion has been created for asking Curators for assistance: https://www.geni.com/discussions/216411 - it id always monitored by Curators

2) the @ will not work to tag a profile if there is a space after it -- or it you type a space after the first name instead of waiting for the drop down window of choices and choosing from the window

Moreover, to edit your grandmother's Profile you do not need a Curator, you can - and should - do that yourself.
