Trying to sort out all the Abram's there seems to be too many marriages for just a father / Son combination. Then I noticed that some of the Minchew's changed there name to Mincey. Still confused a bit, I think there was also a Black family in the ares (probably Ex-slaves) of the family's. And marriage records don't always list the couples color.
I am sending a request to collaborate on the project. I will do what I can. I think several of us have been working on the Minshew/Mincey/Mincy family. The name changed around the time of the Revolution for some and later for others around the Civil War. The first name itteration is Minshull from England.
There may be a question of free persons of color and/or Native American.
We can work this through, Linda.
