Thank you.
I do NOT go looking for these profiles, they come into my work flow because I am related somewhere in the mix.
Please look.
Thank you.

According to the info I have there were 2 Peter Jacob Troxell.

One born abt 1786, son of Jacob Troxell & Elizabeth "Cornblossom" Doublehead. Married to Jane Stevenson.

He became chief of the Cumberland River Tribe at the age of 21, and in 1807 when he surrendered his hunting knife, it had nine notches on the handle. White men raided his camp in 1810, on August 9, killing most of the people there. (This is not a proven historical fact) "Peter Troxell and Sally Saratte (Cerat). Surety, Henry Blanchet. Bond dated 7 December, 1802, married 17 January 1803 by Rev. Elliott Jones. Endorsement on Bond: 'The necessary oath proved by Henry Blancet.'" This Peter is reported by some to have married Sally Saratte. That is very doubtful since there was only one days difference between the wedding for he and Jane Stevenson, and the wedding of his apparent first cousin, Peter Troxell, son of Christian Troxell.

One born in 1766, son of David Troxell & Anna Chartier. Married to Standing Fern.

I do not have documentation on this.
