Samuel Jordan, of Jordan's Journey - Ancestor my 10th great grandfather

Hello JD Samuel is my 9th GG. I would be most interested as to how you decand, i.e through hid daughters or his sons. Also how far back you have traced him through the male line, I have just sorted out a knotty problem between Baron Reginald Jordan 1210 1279, and his son John Jordan of Wolverton born 1235. If I amcorrect I can trace him back to a Jordan de Courcy whose father came over with William the Coqueror

Very cool I love reading about my family history my great great grandmother is a 2nd cousin to General Stonewall Jackson. His fathers mother was Margaret Winn. I believe she was a aunt to my great great grandmother. I am looking for a headstone of her. Julia Neal was the daughter of Margaret Winn she was the mother of General Jackson. I am looking for a headstone for Margaret Winn and Thomas Neal.

I have now joined Military Orders Stars and Bars also I founded out that we are related to Aaron Burr who was arrested for Treason. He was arrested by my great great grandfathers William H Gaines 2nd cousin Edmund P Gaines for his duel. Samuel Jordan is related to him threw his first cousin Elizabeth Burr.
