My records show 2. Jane (Kennedy) b. 1712 and Margaret Eleanor Ewing b. 1717. Margaret died in 1745 and all of the children by Jane are born after this. So the data is consistent. The only thing suspicious is that the last child, William was born in 1763 when his mother would have been 51. That raises a flag for me. I did find an Alabama Surname record that changes Jane Kennedy to born 1720. That would make her 43 when William was born.

Since the original post, it has been cleaned up and now has three and all three are showing on the FindaGrave memorial.

The memorial is showing him as John F. Caldwell but the locked profile has John C Caldwell. It is just an initial but I typically prefer none if we do not know or the same one across the board if we do. Gets so iffy and many people of previous generations would actually change their names and used different spellings r just use an X because they could not spell.

On the FAG memorial is a son John H Caldwell which is showing on many public trees as the husband of "MY" Janet Gill. But I have not seen proof and so as I merged many of the Caldwell duplicates, I could find nary a ONE with "my" Jane/Janet Gill/Giel as a wife.
For the William you have noted, is he perhaps given to the wrong mother? HIS FAG shows Jane Kennedy

I know it was rare to be a mother after 50 in years past.
Anyone with DNA has perhaps the answer to which mother
