Lt General (twin) James Howe - Parentage

James Howe of Pulaski, Virginia is not the son of Lt.-Gen. Emanuel Scrope Howe and Lady Ruperta Howe, Lady Howe. I have cut the erroneous relationship and locked the relationships for the profiles involved. Do any of the profile managers have some sources for Joseph Howe that could shed some light on his origins?
